PRICES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Purchased items will be shipped from Worcester, MA within 5 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 5. Please allow up to 1 weeks from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify matt@instinctsupplyco.com and provide your order number.

Domestic (USA)

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.

  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify matt@instinctsupplyco.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the INSTINCTSUPPLYCO.COM. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
